This most southerly point of Devon is naturally protected from the Atlantic. The South Hams of South Devon enjoys one of the mildest climates in the whole of Britain.
	Salcombe's famous sailing centre is nearby and the market towns of Kingsbridge and Totnes are easily accessible. The beautiful port of Dartmouth is a coastal drive away! It’s a perfect base from which to explore this magnificent part of Devon. With the beach on your doorstep and the coastal path within minutes of the house New Cottage is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday in South Devon.
	Fresh seafood barbecue on the cottage terrace or a choice of excellent restaurants in and around Hope Cove. With Spring arriving early, long summers, warm autumns and mild winters, you can safely choose to visit at any time of year.
New Cottage is a recently constructed, detached house close to the much-photographed old village ‘square’ and is only 50 metres from the slipway and beach of Inner Hope. Decorated and furnished to a high stand throughout it provides a comfortable base for couples and families alike. The cottage sleeps 4 – The master bedroom is light and spacious with a king-size bed and the second bedroom has adult size bunk beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and cupboards. Downstairs is a good-sized lounge with sofa, chairs, colour TV, video and CD hi-fi system. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine (Tumble dryer in garage) and dining table. Outside the backdoor is a south facing paved terrace with garden chairs and a barbeque is available. For those wishing to bring bicycles or a boat there is a large garage also at the rear of the property. The Cottage rental is managed by an agency.
